Who can purchase your products?

We strictly sell wholesale to the trade industry.  If you are a current business owner, you will need to create an account by entering your Federal & State identification number, your business and state re-sale numbers.

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating an account will enable you to purchase our products at a discount.  Once we verify your company, a discount coupon code will be emailed to your registered email address along with other pertinent information.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders may take 1 – 3 business day to process and ship.  Larger orders may require more time to process.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products have an indefinite shelf life if stored in a cool (not refrigerated) dry place.  Covering the products will prevent deep, dark colors from fading.

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns if we processed your order wrong.  We would issue a return tag and schedule a pick up with the freight carrier.

What happens if I receive damaged goods?

If your shipment arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.  In addition, follow these guidelines for a speedy claim.

For visible outer carton damages,

  • Sign the freight carrier’s receipt but with exceptions that you received your shipment damaged.
  • Take photos of damaged cartons if possible.
  • Contact freight carrier and if possible save all packaging.

For hidden damages, contact our offices and we will give you credit or replace the damaged goods which ever is more convenient for you.
