Pastillage decorations adorn this 18th Birthday cake
Pastillage, as the French would have it, is pronounced “pas-ti-ya-j”. This icing is a dough similar to the well known gum paste however more palatable because it omits the use of the ingredient, gum tragacanth. It is used to make edible decorations as seen in our product line.
