Our principle is to keep things simple.  If you can’t pronounce the ingredients used on a consumable product, don’t eat it!  We don’t use any artificial preservatives, flavorings or hardening agents.

Sugar Petals® ingredients for its royal icing contains Confectioner’s Sugar, Egg White and FD & Certified Food Colors including Yellow #5 & 6.  For pastillage icing, again we use Confectioner’s Sugar, Gelatin and FD & Certified Food Colors including Yellow #5 & 6.
